Return Policy
We ensure that all of our products have passed a complete QC analysis, including NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and Chiral HPLC. Our products have high purity level (typically > 95% based on HPLC) with verified bioactivity.
However, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, you may return/exchange any items in 30 days after you receive the products. Please contact the Customer Service (sales@chemscene.com) to obtain a Return/Exchange Authorization; products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Any items returned to ChemScene should be in the original packaging and the same condition as originally purchased. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!
