Shipping Policy
In stock product will be shipped within 24 hours after order placement.
If purchased products are out of stock, we will replenish our inventory as soon as possible and contact you directly with shipment updates. The ETA information is calculated based on our current stock information.
For international shipments experiencing import and export delays (e.g., custom), ChemScene will actively monitor and provide updates to our customers when new information becomes available.
ChemScene will charge $8 handling fee, $25 overnight shipping for US (48 states), and $50 for the rest of the world. The shipping fee will not include any insurance element and is solely charged for the 2lb product package. The shipping fee will be waived If a customer FedEx collect account is provided.
